QPS offers flat rates per review and subscription packages for ongoing programs like OPPE. Complex or specialized work — pattern-of-care reviews, fair hearing testimony, large-scale evaluations — is available at hourly rates tailored to scope. Agreements are non-exclusive with no surprise charges.
Do you offer volume discounts?+
Yes. Clients completing 20 or more reviews within a calendar year receive discounted rates.
Can a case be expedited?+

How are medical records transferred?+
Never by email or web form. Once engaged, we set up a secure account for confidential, HIPAA-compliant transfer of records, and deliver final reports the same way.
Who performs the reviews?+
Independent, board-certified, actively practicing physicians and licensed allied health professionals, matched to the specialty of the case. Every reviewer is credentialed, re-credentialed at least every three years, and attests to no conflict of interest on each case.
